Account deletion
Request account deletion or a data export from the same email you use for PeptideStack. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
Billing
PeptideStack subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. We can help with restore-purchase issues, but refunds and cancellations are handled by Apple.
Apple Health and wearables
For Apple Health, Oura, or WHOOP sync issues, include the device, iOS version, last successful sync date, and which metrics are missing.
Privacy
We do not sell health data or use Apple Health data for advertising. For privacy questions, include only the minimum detail needed to help us find your account.
