PeptideStack collects the data needed to run your account, protocol tracker, check-ins, subscriptions, support, and launch-quality monitoring. This can include your email address or Apple relay email, account identifiers, protocol logs, daily check-ins, symptoms, side effects, support-stack notes, purchase status, product interaction events, diagnostics, and health metrics you choose to sync.
Apple Health access is optional and permission-based. PeptideStack reads or writes only the Apple Health data types you approve, such as sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, steps, weight, workouts, and cycle-related trends. Oura and WHOOP connections are optional and use the permissions you grant through those providers. Manual tracking works if you do not connect Apple Health, Oura, or WHOOP. You can revoke Apple Health access at any time from iOS Settings.
PeptideStack uses service providers to operate the app. RevenueCat helps manage Apple App Store purchases and restore status. PostHog may process product interaction events if analytics are enabled. Sentry may process crash, error, and performance diagnostics if crash reporting is enabled. Apple, Oura, WHOOP, and an AI provider may process data only when needed for the features you choose to use.
Progress photos are intended to stay on your device unless you choose to export or share them. PeptideStack does not sell progress photos or use them for advertising. If a future build uploads, syncs, or analyzes progress photos remotely, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before release.
PeptideStack AI features may use your protocol data, check-ins, and health metrics to generate insights when you enable or use them. AI provider processing is used for app functionality and is not used to train external AI models. You can request deletion of AI-related account data at any time.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share health, protocol, check-in, wearable, purchase, or Apple Health data with advertisers, data brokers, or ad networks. PeptideStack data is not used for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting hello@trypeptidestack.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. You can also request a data export, ask privacy questions, or ask us to correct account information.
